First; your DME RT is full of it. The Mirage series of mask can be used with any CPAP machine at any pressure. It will work at 5, it will work at 10, it will wiork all the way up to 20 (ans who knows beyond that). The mask does not care what the pressure is -- as long as there is enough to make it seal. If the pressure changes; it does not care.
Concerning the DeVilbiss/Horizon machines. The AutoAdjust LT is the newist version. it is about 1/3 the size and a lot smaller than the older Auto Adjust. The program and sensors are the same; however; the smaller size of the AutoAdjust LT limits the available space for the circuit card; thus, the amount of data the AutoAdjust Lt can store is less than the older Auto Adjust which can store up to 180 days of data (or something like that). The monitoring and control software package which you can get is the same for both machines and includes a database for each model of machine.
