I thought that mouth breathing was a matter of habit and also of clogged nasal passages (often as a result of cpap use - even with a humidifier).

My cpap goes to 20 (that what mine was set at).
How high to BPAP machines go? In my sleep study I believe I started to get worse when they went to 22, thats how they determined my ideal setting was 20. But then again considering that my sleep study was through UW Physicians ... I probably should not rely on it at all.
