Do get second opinions and see what else is done. I cared for a young child that had to use cpap at night due to problem called ondines curse,sorry I don't remember the details but they did adjust to the machine. Are there any use of oral appliances? Those do keep the tongue held forward. I'm not sure, just brainstorming...sue
