Ten freaking minutes!

That's how much time Cigna is allowing me to address the Grievance Committee. Ten freaking minutes! Cigna has twice denied my request for a smart CPAP even though my doctor has twice written letters of medical necessity. In 10 minutes I'm supposed to answer their questions and present my case.

If you were given just 10 minutes to address these folks, what would you say? Explain just how distructive OSA can be to one's quality of life? Filibuster? Seriously,what would you say?
