I have had the Virtuoso LX for about two weeks
as well and the baseline pressure was set at 9. I was actually titrated to 8, but at some point, I had my original machine checked since it didn't feel very strong at all. Turned out it was set for 9! It was obviously not too much, so they didn't reduce the pressure... Thankfully!!!

So, 9 is my CPAP prescription now. I'm trying autopap as I seem to need different pressures in different seasons and maybe at different times of the night. The tech showed me how to adjust the baseline pressure (get to his menu). Since the virtuoso didn't seem to be adjusting for me, I upped the pressure to 10 where it is now and that works better. It at least gets me thru the first half of the night. If I sleep late, I wake up with a headache.

I'm hoping tech can find me a different autopap to try.
