I have used a TAP for about 4 years. I sleep better than ever. TAP is, of course, adjustable - you might set it to keep your jaw further open on nights you've had a drink, or go to bed dog-tired. Easy to care for and to travel with.

It's expensive, but never needs maintenance or replacement.
