I sympathize with you on the pressure level. I wasn't that high, but high enough. After lowering my pressure just one or two points, I was amazed by the difference in sound and the feeling of the mask--made me wonder how they expect people to breathe when pressure is over 15, when such a small change made such a noticeable difference.
I don't have any suggestions regarding the mask itself, but you might have an easier time breathing and sleeping if you prop yourself up at an angle greater than 20 degrees. Use pillows or a foam wedge to support yourself from the hips up (easier on the back that way). If you are more vertical, breathing might be eased, and you'd be less inclined to move around--you might make fewer facial moves and body moves, thus allowing the mask to stay in place better.
Probably most important is to figure out what you are doing to dislodge the mask.
