Nope; I use a Full Face mask due to my nose problems.

Also, it is unlikely that the problems can be corrected by surgery as I have talked to 4 ENT's about my nose. It was basically built by surgery many many years ago (the did a wonderful job); but, most of my problems are related to that surgury. Not a whole lot you can do with massive internal scar tissue; and significant funtional improvements are unlikely.
