Martin, i use my mirage ff mask all the time and it is better than any other mask i have tried so far..I hang my hose over my headboard and use an elastic strap to pull the mask directly into my face with good results and of course i use a bipap machine.Go back into tne past posts and try to pick up some more pointers.Hey i'm not problem free but i manage to successfully sleep at night.Most of the time anyway.(:] John
