It seems a lot of high pressure folks use the nasal pillows. I have no experience with the breeze set up, but have had the ADAM circuit (regular nasal pillows) for about ten months now.
I have no problems with leaks, and I move around a lot. Go to Sandman's Sleep Mall (link at top of page) and dig around in the #1 store there. You'll find a lot of information on proper set up and configuration, and a custom headgear that makes it all work.
My only problem has been mouth breathing, and if you have a problem with that, let me know and I'll give you a couple possible solutions.
Oh, and no claustrophobia problems with the pillows for me either.
One more note, I couldn't exhale against the pressure. Because of that and OSA I was titrated for BIPAP. That does make a difference also.
