Take charge Missy it is your life and your trach!

After you have stated your feelings to your husband and doctor, about not wanting a sleep study, then just drop it! If your husband has a problem with that maybe he should seek some help in understanding! A trach is not something that any one of us with OSA has chosen to do it is a matter of life and death. If your trach has worked and is still working for you don't change things. I have been trached 16 years Missy, and I was younger than you, I cannot picture ever thinking of being without it! Missy, I do however, think you may want to talk to someone about panic disorders. It sounds to me like you may be able to use a little help in that department. Good Luck and Good Sleeping!
