Fisher & Paykel site or contact?

Posted by Linda G on April 18, 2000 at 21:08:38:

About 2 weeks ago I got a Fisher &Paykel Humidifer however it is a model I've never seen mentioned here before It's a MR410 and also on the sites that sell heated humidifers I've never seen it listed. It looks like the HC100 only the heating base is taller. The tech brought me the HC325 (I think thats the #) container where the water goes in, but on the book for the humidifer the picture shows a HC400 container (it looks shorter than the other container)

I've been having alot of trouble sleeping-some related to rainout, getting the right temperature and some problems also with the dr. changing my settings---and I'm being to think he shouldn't have. I'm on a high setting for my BiPAP which I also read somewhere having a humidifer effects the functioning of the BiPAP?

Anyway I have been trying to find a web site or somewhere I can contact Fisher/Paykal to see if this water well is compatable with my humidifer or not. The tech doesn't seem real knowledge about the humidifers. I've learned more from these forums than asking her-in fact I've taught her a few things:)
Thanks
Linda
