This message will probably be repeated in some form or another by most all participants in this forum: Get thy self to a sleep doctor ASAP. You have found a whole lot of friends here that suffer from near similar afflictions.

I suggest, after you make an appointment to see a sleep doctor, that you read as many of the prior posts in this forum as possible. It is amazing the amount of information that is shared.

I had many of the same symptoms, and attempted treatments, as you listed. CPAP has worked for me. I have my life back.
