Al is right--get yourself into a sleep study. I had all your symptoms, too--as a matter of fact, I have been out of work on disability for three months because in addition to all the things you listed, I became chronically ill with bronchitis, sinusitis, and ear infections. My specialist for that stuff sent me for a sleep study, where I was diagnosed as having severe apnea. I've had a CPAP for three weeks now, and it's amazing how much better I feel. It's not quite as dramatic as some I've read about, but now I know I'll be ok. I'm losing weight, too, without even trying! The more I learn about sleep, the more amazed I am at how this has apparently affected me for many years.
