Don't forget to read the explanations of sleep apnea, snoring and possible treatments on the previous screen where the forums are listed by number. Scroll down past the numbers. Please get help-OSA can be life-threatening and only gets worse if untreated. Be sure to report back to us, there are lots of friends here who know what it feels like.
