I have had the U3P (not LUAP) surgery with a Septoplasty (i.e., fix deviated septum). What can I answer for you? Please do a SEARCH of Forums 1, 2 and 3 using words like UPPP, U3P, surgery, etc ... you will find most of my postings and many others. There is a bunch of info there, but let me know if there is anything not there that you need. Dennis
