Art,

Yes my apnea diagnosis was a result of a sleep study. I stayed overnight at the hospital hooked up to machines with my head wrapped in gauze, looking like an accident victim...the whole nine yards! The apnea diagnosis was just a couple of weeks after the Narcolepsy diagnosis. I've been on Ritalin for a month now and have had to increase the dosage once, but it still isn't enough yet. I'm still falling asleep during the day, the only problem is...am I sleepy because of the Narcolepsy or the lack of sleep caused by the Apnea?? :::sigh::: I'm not sure what's going on, but I do know one thing....night time is my least favorite part of the day!
