Cindi-I'm sorry I may have mislead you.I really don't think you want the type of bipass surgery I had,in fact if I could have passed it up I would have done so in a minute.In fact passed it up both times.I had heart artey bipass.Like wise the people I have talked to on gastric bipass had mixed results.Look in some of the recent postings as I think I read something on your type of bipass and they can give you the answers you want.john
