Dear Lew,
Just read your reply to Therese about denial and I have done all the things you talked about like driving with one eye open while the other is closed and the horrible headaches which I now believe were brain cells dying and the lack of sexual desire and frequent urination, etc, etc.
Well after one month of struggling with CPAP I am finally getting a few good hours of REM sleep especially the last couple of morning hours and when that happens I cant believe the difference. This morning I spontaneously sang in the shower and surprised myself.
This is a deadly condition and the majority of doctors are just now getting the message and only because we who have it are telling them about it. Thank you INTERNET or we would be alone and we know the consequences which may be a slow or fast death.
