I remember reading that sleep apnea interferes with your circadian rhythm, and how that messess up the timing of most of your bodily functions.

Whether that's a good explanation or not, the first time I slept through the night without going to the bathroom in 5 to 6 years was my sleep study when I first tried a CPAP machine!

I'd had some chronic nasal congestion that kept me from breathing properly through my nose. At first I thought the night-time urination was just abusing decongestants all the time. But after getting off the decongestants and using nasal steroids, the urination continued.
