Lisa,
I'm sooo glad you like the nasal pillows! Maybe they will help change your husband's mind about getting his apnea looked into and treated.
If your nose hurts, you've probably pushed the pillows too far up your nostrils (what size did they give you?) or the shell could be too wide and is pulling the nostrils out at the sides.
They should just touch the edges of your nose and the shell strap should just hold them lightly in place.

Hope tonight is even more comfy and sound!
