I think Jo explained it a few weeks back:
When you wake up your body decides it's time to get up and get going. The constant disruption of sleep confuses your body and it decides it has to eliminate every time there's a complete awakening. Apparently, eventually, it becomes chronic bedwetting.


As for the Virtuoso; Howwwwl! I wish I could have one. My pressure needs continue to vary; today I was so tired I almost fell asleep driving for the first time since starting CPAP.
