Wow! You've got a lot of different things going on. I'm not sure about the somnolent gymnastics and tongue gnashing, but I do think that circadian rhythm disorder can be related to OSA. There are things you can do try to help yourself with that, even apart from the CPAP. These are to go to bed and get up at the same time every day (boy, am I challenged in this dept!), expose yourself to the sun first thing every morning, get rid of caffeine, avoid exercise and stimulating activities beginning six hours before bedtime, develop a bedtime routine. These are things people on shift work, night schedules, or with jet lag do to help and they seem to work. Also, eating meals at the same time every day. Anything you can ritualize into a routine and schedule should help.
I have OSA and parasomnias; I'm not sure they are related, but my tendency to shout and run around in my sleep seemed much worse with OSA.
