Medications To Help Fall Asleep

Does anyone take any medication to help them fall asleep ?

In addition to the Sleep Apnea I have insomnia and if I don't take something to fall asleep I can't sleep.

Lately we can't seem to find a medication that works, and I'm up all night.

I've been taking Trazadone, working up to a higher dose, but I still haven't slept in days. And I am using my CPAP.

I would appreciate anyone telling me if they are on any medication to help them sleep, and what works for them.
