Once a week I clean all detachable pieces with distilled vinegar and rinse. This includes the reservoir, as I have a built-in humidifer. I rinse the filter in water only. I then reattach all pieces and run to dry for 15 minutes (with the ramp disabled). As my prescription is 13, those with lower prescriptions may have to run the machine longer.

I wash the heargear in the sink with Woollite one a month or so.
