It would be irresponsible of me to contradict the advice of your doctor. Also, I am not a medical doctor and I can only comment on my own experience.

I have moderate to severe apena. CPAP pressure is 15.

I enjoy a beer or two every day, sometimes a wee dram as well, and I cannot say this has had any negative results with my use of CPAP. However, too much alcohol and yes there can be a problem.
