The fine merchant who resides in the first store on the "SleepMall", has a lot of information on nasal pillows and how to make them work.
Little things like a seperate over the head hose with swivels on both ends, relocating the vent hole in the shell, an angle adapter that helps many, and a custom headgear that really works.
With the above described set-up, and running the hose over your head and suspended from the headboard or wall, you have freedom of movement, and no leaks. It works for most of us.
