Hi Kev,
I'm not able to use pillows because they don't have a size big enough for the holes in the ends of my nose. Wish I could.
My 5th. mask is a simplicity and all I do is put it on, lay on my back and go to sleep. Knowing that I'm going to feel better than I've ever felt in years when morning comes overpowers any noise my machine makes or other un-natural sleeping condition caused by the head gear. The simplicity seems to work the best thus far for me.
I do find it a bit of a challenge to sleep on either side and keep the leaks to a minimum.
It took me over 2 months to just get past the point of wanting to throw the whole mess out the window. Had a bad time with nose bridge soreness.
Hope things improve for you so you can experience the great feeling of normal days after almost normal sleep.
God Bless,

Roy
