If you go to NIH.gov (national institutes of health) and use medline, you can pull up tons of stuff. I did a search there on apnea and hypertension (might have added beta-blocker, don't remember) and came up with tons of stuff. There was one item (for which there was no abstract available) that seemed to question the advisability of people with OSA using beta-blockers; however, you can't go by the headline alone--the item is a letter to the editor, and there are several responses.
