Custom-fit headgear for nasal pillows--a good product?

I'm having a hell of a time with the headgear for the nasal pillows--is slides around, pinches my ears, and seems to need constant adjusting to prevent leaks. Someone recommended the custom-made headgear from CPAP man. Has anyone tried this? How is it? would you recommend it?
