Scott, WAKE UP. You sound like you just love it. So you have some excuses, great distances, incompetant medical people, and on and on and on. So what are you going to do? Die? It's your life, and nobody but you is responsible for it. You know the problem. You have been quite eloquent about it, and I can assure you that your story will be helpful to others. And I'm sure you have read around this forum enough to know that even in the best of locations this subject can be difficult. So where are you planning your next vacation. Boston is nice this time of year. New York City also has great medical resources. LA is the smpg capital of the world... you get the picture. It'll be the best month you ever spent in your life. Good luck. I for one want to know how it turns out.
