I had my procedure in January. Surgery on Thursday afternoon, back to work on Monday. Packing removed 24 hours after surgery and splints one week later. I highly recommend the saline nose spray. Use it as much as you can. Keeps the nasty stuff moving out of your nasal cavity. No problems at all, just some discomfort of having your nose plugged. Had a sleep study 2 months after surgery. Went from BiPap at 17/13 to CPAP at 13. Sleeping like a rock.

Good luck
