I use Joe's custom headgear and I think it is the best. One thing, make sure you use the 45 degree angle adapter between the over the head hose and shell, it makes a huge difference in acheiving a proper pillow fit. I had tried the standard headgear that my DME gave me it is truly a worthless piece of crap (excuse my French). Another thing I might add, I have lost a lot of weight (especially in my head and face) and it made my headgear too loose, but fooling around with the adjustment straps solved the problem.
