That is quite a drive....a pretty one though on a sunny day! I go to Dr. Ralph Pascually at the Swedish Sleep Institute at Swedish Hospital in Seattle (used to be at Providence) have no complaints with my treatment. A little slow getting into a sleep study (my follow up study with my OPAP is on Aug. 28th...) but that' s pretty common. Not sure how much info to give you on the forum, but the hospital does have a website you can get the phone and address...
