Evergreen: I have the same Dr. as Barb although I have never met him. All the work was done through his Nurse Practitioner. I am satisfied with the service however I don't have anything to compare it to. Their follow up has been good.

Pay attention to who your DME will be. Your medical insurance should give you a list of which company you can use. You might consider visiting them before hand to see what they have available, what their offices look like and how you’re treated. I have not been impressed with DME on the eastside I use and wish I did more research. Their offices are messy, instruction on the features of the different products was really poor and I have yet to have anyone call me as promised for a follow-up.

This was all very new to me and it would have been helpful to acquire more information about what’s available. This Forum is a great source of information and if you’re already “here” you’re way ahead of the game. Good luck.
