Two thumbs up to you! I am also one who has had relatively few problems, and immediate results. I have been using C-PAP for about 5 months and am also 100% compliant. I have not tried the heating pad yet for the humidifier, but even without I have no nose problems. At 55 yrs its like getting a 2nd chance at having a life as prior to diagnosis I was trying to sleep every minute I could--lying down, sitting up, driving, working, eating---yes eating!--I once fell asleep with food in my mouth and woke up with it still there. Not my best memory but at least people on this forum can relate. Keep up the good work. You might have the Dr. check your thyroid functioning re the weight loss. Mine has damage due to the severe apnea for so long. Now on meds.
