. . . Bi-PAP's are usulally the machine of choice. I'm not sure to what extent (if any) that the Obstructive Apneas trigger the central ones. Anyhow, if he still has problems on CPAP, Bi-PAP should be considered.

Maenawhile keep us posted on how he's doing on CPAP.
