I agree with Lizzie--it's probably the Simplicity. I favor it over the Mirage nasal simply because it doens't cover so much of your face. My skin is very oily, so the Simplicity works better for me, as there is less surface area touching the skin.
One thing about this mask--I have to use moleskin on my nose every night or else I have a really red honker in the morning (tender, too). I remodeled the headgear slightly, and that helped. I sometimes stay at my dad's place and sleep on a mattress on the floor; even though I have a way of suspending the hose above my head, it doesn't work as well as it does in my own home--I think this one might be tricky for some people to keep in place as the hose can tend to dislodge this very light mask, which isn't quite as stable as the Mirage.
All I can say is, works for me.
