Has anybody ever hear of or used this? From what I understand, it's a new variation on the nasal pillow. The CPAP hose meets the mecanism at your upper torso. It is strapped around there. From there, the nasal interfaces ascend into your nostrils. A loose guide strap is also worn around your neck.
