If I remember correctly from past discussions with people who also suffer from this, it is caused by weak muscles in the throat which direct the flow of air or other items into either your stomach or your lungs. It is allowing air to leak through into your stomach as you breath. It is more involved than "learning not to". A BiPAP is found to be helpful with this. If your insurance will cover it or you can afford it you might speak with your doctor about switching from CPAP to BiPAP.

You might also try some sort of over the counter gas relief medicine when you first wake up in the morning, but you should speak with your doctor first just to be safe.
