I think it makes a difference when you have the congestion; is it all of the time or just when sleeping? I've had congestion upon waking for along time. Sleep Dr. Told me that it was caused by the snoring vibrations on the nasal tissue. From the feed back you received, many think a heaated humidifier is the answer. During sleep study with CPAP I had such problems with congestion and nasal mask I could not breath at the end. So, I told Dr. I need full face mask with CPAP and got it to start with. I had alot of problems controling leaks and got a very comfortable nasal mask last week(a Serenity) from a dealer on the Sleep Mall. It is working out for me with no congestion.
