Your Dr sounds like he is on the right track. Solving your sleep apnea will allow you to regain much if not all of your current exhaustion.

Ask your Dr for a referral for a full sleep study (there are other sleep problems that can crop up.

Assuming it is positive for OSA you will be set-up with a CPAP machine, mask, etc. Many of us have adjusted just fine and most people get a system which works fairly well right away.

However, a bunch of us have problems and largly use this forum to exchange information.

I'd start by reading the "Best of" forum, then standard advice is read all of the last 4 forums (they start at the bottom and build up).

This will take some time, but will provide you with a wealth of information which will pay off when you get your equipment.

Best wishes,

Perry
