CPAP has done wonders for me. If I were 23, I might have considered tonsilectomy. However, CPAP is relatively inexpensive, and you can still have surgery later.

Also, after you've been successfully treated for Sleep Apnea, you may wish to revisit the diagnosis or depression. This is a very common misdiagnosis among apnea sufferers.
