Ultra Mirage mask

Posted by Rob (Australia) on July 25, 2000 at 20:40:41:

Hello

I have just been provided with an Ultra Mirage mask (by Res Med) to try out. I believe this is a new release model - due for wider release in August. Anyone else using it? Anyone heard anything about it?

I'll give it a try for a couple of nights and report back on how well it works. I was very pleased with last night's use.

One way it is different is that you can adjust the angle of the forehead piece. The arm pivots through several different settings, accommodating everything from sloping foreheads to bulging foreheads. I, of course, have a noble brow, broad and handsome.

Last night's use was very encouraging. I have had a problem for some time now with air leaking into my eyes, causing an ongoing infection. My left eye is so hot and inflammed that it is literally steaming up the inside of the left lens of my glasses. I have a rainout problem!

Rob
