From memory (I've got one now that I have my CPAP) this was a brief article which appeared in the Daily Telegraph (a UK national daily paper)about a year ago. It was pretty vague and if you didn't know about anoea and CPAPs you would have missed the point.
The Daily Telegraph do publish electronically but this is a subscription service and I don't know if it has everything that is in the hard-copy I buy every morning.
