tonsilectomy/UPPP/Septoplasty

Posted by Paul Walters on July 26, 2000 at 13:14:25:

I am 47 years of age and have just returned home from hospital after having the full works. My throat and ears are so painfull, although the painkillers are welcome. How long does it take for the pain to subside and everything is back to normal? My consultant says that I should eat the usual meals-I can but it takes me an hour to have my dinner. Any comments will be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Paul
