At the sleep clinic I go to, the prescriptions are written in a way that gives the respiratory therapists the authority to knock pressure up or down two notches in response to problems and/or weight loss. I alerted them to my weight loss and situation, so they told me what to do to bump it downward.

Rather than ask us what to do, do call your clinic and/or RT and discuss your situation. They can advise you best--and they might tell you how to reset the pressure (did for me). If nothing else, they might tell you to bring in the machine and do it for you. In that way there is a record of what has been done in your case, and further consultations with clinic and/or doctor will be based on a better, more complete record of your progress.
