It is possible that you could have sleep apnea or another form of sleep disorder. You may also just have sinus problems (but that is unlikely if the stuffiness goes away after sitting up). I would suggest seeing a doctor and explaining your situation. Several of your symptoms seem to be related to sleep apnea. If the doctor suspects sleep apnea, he will recommend a sleep test for you.
