so, what works best?

I haven't even been thoroughly evaluated yet, but the one place that sells the equipment here in the Annapolis Valley may not even carry the setup that I should have. In my search through the forums posted, it seems as though I should get an auto-CPAP of some brand, nose pillows, and an Ultra Mirage mask, for when my nose clogs. BTW, when my nose clogs, I cannot usually even sleep, speak without growling, or step without stomping or breaking stuff. I hate a stuffy nose. I use 12hr Dristan on the odd occasion, and have to wean off it, every time.
As well, it looks like I'll be getting a heater/humidifier...what is the purpose of heating it?
