I've been using one for about 2 months. Seems to work well, the only problem I had initially was having it too tight. One good thing about it is that there is virtually no pressure on the nose -- I've been reading a lot about people complaining about irritation to the bridge of the nose. I've had very good luck with it, almost no leaks into the eyes -- usually the only leaks are after 4 hours or so (when my skins starts to get oily) and then only around the lip area.
